Department

Department of Construction Management and Real Estate is one of the youngest departments of the Belgorod’s Shukhov University and began its operations in 2007. The department conducts training on a number of bachelor and master programs related to the professional expertise, assessment and projects management in the construction sector, real estate and communal infrastructure. 

Teaching disciplines carried out by experienced, qualified engineers and economists with extensive experience of business, scientific research, teaching and publication. The department has its own scientific and methodological center, allowing staff and students to engage in scientific and experimental research, commercial activities. The department is provided with all necessary equipment, software, qualified personnel to carry out research of the highest level in the close interaction with other universities in Russia and the world, publish the books and articles.

Much attention in the curriculum is paid to student practice in the best companies of the construction industry in the region, during which the students could not only enhance their theoretical knowledge, but also get acquainted with professionals in real estate sector, study their methods and techniques of a successful and profitable operation.
